Rebosis’ special clean-out dividend of 38.04246 cents per ordinary share for the four months ended 30 June 2015 equates to an annualised distribution of 114.12738 cents per ordinary share, representing year-on-year growth of 10.1% and indicates a strong performance at the top-end of its guided range.

This special distribution was announced concurrent to Rebosis’ successful acquisition of the entire issue of Ascension B shares in terms of a scheme of arrangement. Rebosis now effectively holds approximately 59% of the entire issued share capital of Ascension. Accordingly, Ascension is now a listed subsidiary of Rebosis.

The Fund expects to announce its annual financial results on or about 28 October 2015.
